Terms of Service for SEODrift

1. Acceptance of Terms

By logging into SEODrift (located at https://seodrift-378036956146.us-central1.run.app) via Google OAuth2, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Service.

2. Appropriate Use

SEODrift provides advanced search intelligence and YouTube metadata optimization. As a user, you agree to:

• Quota Abuse: You must not abuse the YouTube API quotas, spam requests, or attempt to crawl/query public resources in bulk to overload the Google API backend or our host servers.
• Malicious Activities: You must not attempt to reverse-engineer security controls, inject malicious payloads, bypass authentication mechanisms, or execute unauthorized automated script queries.
• API Compliance: You must strictly follow the YouTube Terms of Service in conjunction with using this application.
• Subscriptions & Billing: If you upgrade to SEODrift PRO, you agree to the recurring billing terms. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial months.

3. Disclaimers & Affiliations

SEODrift is an independent software tool and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with YouTube or Google LLC.

All metadata analysis, tag recommendations, calculations, and dislike statistics generated by SEODrift are estimates compiled using public APIs. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, uptime, or correctness.

4. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to ban, block, or restrict access to any Google Account or user profile that is found to be abusing the system, violating YouTube API policies, sending automated script requests, or engaging in malicious activities that jeopardize SEODrift's Google Cloud Platform quotas and backend security.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted directly to this URL, and continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of any updated clauses.
